Our Privacy Policy

Our apps are completely self-contained. They are downloaded onto your device.

1. We do not have your identifying information (purchaser's name, address, credit card information, users, performance data) when you purchase an app. We are only notified of the total number of apps purchased on any given day, and the country of origin of the purchaser. Period. That's all we know about you! Consider that Apple or Google is like Amazon.com. We are the authors of the apps but we don't have any direct involvement with individual purchases, only Apple/iTunes or Google does.
2. On our adult apps, if you want to opt in and supply your email address in order to be notified if there are any known bugs or updates, you may do so when the app prompts you, but this is entirely up to you and within your control. Children's apps do not have this feature.
3. Again--Apps are purchased through iTunes or Google Play. They are not purchased directly from Hamaguchi Apps. We do not have your receipt or credit card info. We don't know your name or where you live, other than the country origin of the purchaser, which is provided to us in a database. Therefore we also can't give you a refund. Only Apple/iTunes can.
4. When you download our apps, we do NOT have access to your student's data. We don't know their names, what activities they played or their performance.  We have no access to the student data on our apps.
